If you purchased your winning ticket at a retail location:
- Complete a Kansas Lottery Claim Form.
- Bring or mail your signed winning ticket and completed claim form to the Kansas Lottery office in Topeka (128 N Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66603).
- Your prize will be paid by check and mailed to you.
- You may also request an electronic deposit into your bank account by providing a voided check.
- Please allow up to two weeks to receive your payment after your claim is processed.
- Kansas Lottery prizes over $5,000 are subject to mandatory tax withholdings:
- 24% Federal tax
- 5% Kansas State tax
