You can initiate account deletion directly within the PlayOn® mobile app. Sign in to your account within the app and visit the My Account section where you can select Delete My Account from the menu options.
Before you can delete your account, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- You have withdrawn all available winnings
- There are no chargebacks on your account
- All claims are resolved
- All pending draws for draw game tickets are completed
- You have no unfinished eInstant games
- All active subscriptions are cancelled
- All financial transactions are completed
Please download copies of your W2Gs for completed claims by visiting the My Account section where you can select My Claims from the menu options. If you no longer have access to your account, please contact customer support to assist with providing copies of your W2G forms.
Once you initiate the account deletion process, you will no longer have access to your account and you will not be able to create a new account.
